I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor based in London, UK. I specialise in one-to-one online therapy.
Why try therapy?
Therapy provides a confidential, welcoming environment where you can be heard and accepted, whatever may be happening for you.
There is a large and growing body of research which shows that therapy has sustainable and long-term benefits - and, most importantly, it works.
Therapy welcomes all the parts of ourselves and whatever needs attending to - both the sorrows and the joys.
You may be experiencing a crisis, but you also don’t need to be, to benefit from therapy. Whether you have experienced a shocking loss, feel like your world has turned upside down, or simply feel “stuck”, taking dedicated time each week to explore the ups and downs of life is both healing and practical.
Wherever you may find yourself, I am here to support you.
Therapy has been shown to be effective in helping with:
• Anxiety and panic attacks
• Depression
• Childhood trauma
• Relationship challenges
• Addictions
• Career and work-related stress
• Chronic illness and health-related issues
• Anger management
• Loss and bereavement
• Loss of faith and spiritual crises
• Blocks in creativity
• Loneliness and feeling disconnected

My Approach
Each person is unique and therefore I will tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.
By using an integrative style, I am able to draw upon a range of methods including Jungian, developmental, transpersonal therapy, as well as the latest learnings from neuroscience. We might look to the past to understand the roots of what you are facing. We may work with what is happening in the here-and-now. The key point is to find what works for you.
This tailored approach also means that, as well as talking therapy, I can offer opportunities to work creatively with dreams, drawing and other exercises which work with the imagination.
We may choose to explore breathing and body-based exercises, which can be particularly beneficial when working with trauma and anxiety. With over 20 years of experience in mindfulness and meditation, I integrate techniques such as body and breath awareness with clinical counselling knowledge. These techniques can be incorporated as much or as little as is comfortable.
As a fully qualified Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work within their ethical framework to ensure best practice and I also invest in regular supervision and continued professional development (CPD).
I completed my training at a small but highly regarded centre in North London called Re-Vision, where the emphasis is on counselling and psychotherapy with a “soulful” perspective. This means I won’t see your challenges as something wrong that needs to be fixed but, instead, I look to support you in accessing your own inner wisdom, in which you can find a sense of meaning in whatever you are facing.
How does it work?
I offer weekly one-to-one therapy to adults on either a short-term (8-12 sessions) or an open-ended basis.
Our initial session will allow you to talk freely about what brought you to me, along with any goals or questions you have about the therapy process. You may have a very clear idea of what you want to explore in sessions or you may not. Both are valid ways to begin therapy. In turn, I'll use this session to explain more about my way of working, as well as my policy on confidentiality, fees, cancellations and appointment times.
By the end of this first session, you will have a better idea if you feel happy to continue working together.
Usually, we meet at the same time each week. Sessions are 50 minutes. I am available at various times, Mon-Sat, so please consider what suits you best, and we can take it from there.
Fees are £65 per session.
I have a limited number of reduced-cost appointments available for those on low-income, so please ask should you require this.
